When Loews Resorts at Universal Orlando set out to reimagine the guest arcade experience, Family Entertainment Group delivered a resort-worthy upgrade. We transformed underutilized spaces at Portofino Bay, Hard Rock Hotel and others into dynamic, revenue-driving game rooms. We also opened and designed Arcades for the new Epic Universe Resorts, including Terra Nova, Stella Luna, and Helios. Each arcade was crafted to engage guests, elevate experiences, and boost profitability.

Lowe’s Resorts needed a way to modernize their hotel arcades, turning them from simple amenities into profitable, must-visit entertainment spaces. The arcades lacked guest engagement, a revenue-driving redemption system, and a competitive game mix.
