At Family Entertainment Group, our values are meant to show up in the way we operate every day, not just in the way we talk about them.
One of those values is Lead with Heart. Recently, a group of our Playmakers brought that value to life in a very tangible way.
As part of this Lead with Heart Easter donation, our Merchandising team joined forces with Sandusky-area managers to assemble 100 Easter baskets for donation to Project Noelle, an organization dedicated to supporting children affected by the opioid epidemic. Project Noelle works throughout Ohio, North Carolina, and Florida to provide essential items and care packages to children who need them most.
What made the day especially meaningful was how many people stepped up to make it happen.
The baskets were filled with items generously provided by our vendor partners, along with product samples from the Merchandising office.
The project brought together team members from multiple areas, including representatives from Cedar Point and Kalahari, as well as members of the Ohio area leadership team and our Merchandising office.
Thank you to all of our Playmakers who took the time to lead with heart: Silver Lyons, Blake Timbs, Rachel McNutt, Derrick Jacobs, Mandee Metcalf, Brittany Jacobs, Juliana Guevara, Summer Stashick, Lindsay Ronk, Brett Naidenoff, and Lisa Price.
When people from different parts of the organization come together with a shared purpose, the impact reaches far beyond our own walls.
We are proud of the team that made this happen and grateful for the opportunity to support organizations like Project Noelle that are doing important work in the communities we serve.
Because at FEG, leading with heart is not just a value. It is something our Playmakers choose to do every day.
