Family Entertainment Group’s Prizes with Purpose Delivers Nearly 500 Holiday Gifts to Children

Powered by the generosity of our guests, more than 2.6 million Prize Tickets were donated during the 2025 holiday season, benefiting Toys for Tots and other local charities.

ITASCA, Ill. — Dec. 18, 2025 — Family Entertainment Group (FEG) today announced the results of its 2025 Prizes with Purpose campaign, a holiday initiative that empowers guests to intentionally give back by donating Prize Tickets in support of children and families in need.

From November 28 through December 15, guests across FEG’s nationwide network were given the opportunity to donate at least a portion of their Prize Tickets at the prize counter as part of their visit. In total, guests contributed more than 2.6 million Prize Tickets. Those donations were redeemed into approximately 500 brand new toys and gifts for children, benefiting Toys for Tots and other local charity partners in the communities FEG serves.

Prizes with Purpose is designed to make giving back as easy as saying “keep the change.” After redeeming prizes, guests are invited to donate any remaining Prize Tickets and drop a donation slip into a display box at the counter — a small gesture that creates a powerful collective impact when thousands of families participate.

The initiative began in 2018 at FEG’s Kalahari Wisconsin Dells location, inspired by a guest who asked how they could use their Prize Tickets to help families in need. What started as one location’s moment of generosity has grown into a company-wide tradition that channels the spirit of the season into tangible support for local communities.

“Our guests are the reason Prizes with Purpose works,” said Charles Brueck, Vice President of Operations and creator of the initiative. “By choosing to donate their Prize Tickets, they helped us deliver approximately 500 gifts to children this holiday season — proof that a fun day out can also make a real impact.”

FEG extends its sincere thanks to every guest who donated, every on-site arcade team member who helped bring the program to life, and every partner venue that hosted the campaign. Together, they embodied FEG’s Lead With Heart value, helping to turn play into purpose — one Prize Ticket at a time.
